The Man Behind the Mission

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I believe that growth, learning, and purpose never have an expiration date. A proud graduate of Miami Central High School, Class of 1975, and a former student of Florida A&M University (1975–1980), my journey has been built on education, perseverance, faith, and lifelong self-improvement.

As the creator of Feel 40 at 60 and the Applied Science Integrated Lifestyle, I am passionate about helping people unlock their potential, improve their quality of life, and become the best version of themselves.

My mission is simple: inspire others to think bigger, live healthier, solve problems effectively, and pursue success with confidence and purpose.

Through practical wisdom, personal development, and real-world application, I share insights that empower individuals to transform challenges into opportunities and dreams into achievements.
